I have been an avid BBQ fan (and sometimes harsh critic) for as long as I can remember.  I have always been attempting to perfect my rub for pulled pork, my bbq sauce for chicken, or a dry-rub seasoning for wings. Much thought and encouragement forced me to write down my recipes for the time when I could open my own place and teach others how to do it on a large scale.

Time has finally come for me put up or shut up and to realize my dream of sharing my love for cooking BBQ with others at the new Butchee'BQ!

I am starting out small in Indianapolis, with a pop-up spot or to-go orders (locations to be announced) while I transition into this dream full-time, and hopefully we have a true brick and mortar place both here and in Winter Haven, FL in the near future.
